Return Policy
SecurityTagStore offers a 30 day money back guarantee on most merchandise sold online. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us to arrange for a return authorization. Merchandise is not returnable after 30 days. Merchandise must be received in the same condition in which it was sent. Shipping charges are non-refundable. All International sales are final. Returned Merchandise is subject to a 15% restocking fee. Installation is not refundable. All detachers are non-refundable. Defective detachers may be exchanged for a replacement only.

SecurityTagStore stands behind everything we sell and offers a 30 day functionality guarantee on all merchandise sold online. If you discover your merchandise to be faulty within 30 days of the purchase date, we will replace your merchandise at no cost to you. We will even arrange the shipping.
The warranty for a detection system is extended to 1 year if the system is professionally installed by one of our skilled technicians.
